Service here is exceptional! Lundy location offers plenty of parking and office is very clean and organized. Staff friendly, patient, thorough, and professional. I’ve been shipping London packages at this Lundy location knowing they will be delivered securely, timely and safely. Also, staff will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best savings for your shipping needs.
I would rate it zero out of five if I could. It’s a complete waste of my time and energy to stop by for a return drop-off. The crew member was assisting others when I arrived, so I opted to wait to drop off my package. Instead of helping the customer in front of me, they immediately asked for my package. Upon seeing it, they said, 'You might forget something' without checking. Suspecting I lacked an invoice, I promptly showed them my printed invoice copies attached to the package. They then claimed I needed an extra shipping label because my sticker had three barcodes, insisting on one with only one barcode. Unwilling to spend more time, I went to another service center, dropped off my package within a minute, and encountered no 'missing label for shipping' issues.
The service here is quick yet thorough. They’ll get you in and out within 10 minutes EVERY time! I send my mother her prescription medications every other month or so at this location and I have nothing but good things to say about DHL San Jose.
i visited fedex, usps, ups and dhl this morning, dhl is the fastest and the Cheapest, even 7 days is still slow for me to deliver the package from United to China, but it is because of Covid, all the delivery are slower than before.
Thanks to the service and delivery. Will choose dhl for my other international packages delivery
